gαⅰn的过去式

gain既可以作动词，也可以作名词。作动词时，其过去式（谓语）和过去分词（非谓语）都是gained。

The country gained its independence ten years ago.

这个国家十年前赢得了独立。

There was nothing to be gained from delaying the decision.

推迟决定得不到任何好处。

I've gained weight recently.

最近我的体重增加了。

The shares gained ￡14 to ￡262.
